Denise Mendoza
Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Texas A&M. She started her career in the accounting department at a community bank in Amarillo, where she learned critical skills such as daily corporate cash balancing, completing general ledger reconciliations, and filing of regulatory reports. She then transitioned to the accounting department at a credit union, then finally to Waypoint Advisory Services. Denise specializes in researching out of balance conditions in general ledger accounts, and also holds the designation of Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy traveling.
